Below is a selection of my favourite photographs from weddings I have been lucky enough to shoot for my couples. A wedding day is so much more than just the bride and groom portraits. Don’t get me wrong, I love shooting these portraits and capturing beautiful portraits of my couples, but the day itself is about so much more! This is a day all about you. Family and friends, those chosen by you to be there to celebrate your day, are all there for you. It’s these interactions and moments that are so important to capture too. Those moments on the wedding day that you don’t get to see, or forget about.
It’s these moments and interactions that also tell the story of your day. Children doing funny things, friends and family sharing jokes and having fun on the dancefloor with you! The emotions, entrances, funny ceremony moments and more that make up your day are what makes each wedding special and unique. This is what I love to photograph. I love capturing these moments and creating keepsakes for you in the form of photographs that can live on. I live in Herne Bay, on the North Kent coast and I am spoilt for great wedding venues and locations nearby. I have been lucky enough to photograph weddings at East Quay venue in Whitstable, Preston court and Swarling Manor, just outside Canterbury, to name a few.
