I photographed this beautiful Tipi wedding at Brenley farm, nr Faversham in Kent for the awesome Ruth & Matt. They had a clear idea and vision about their day and it was relaxed natural photography they wanted with lots of time spent with family and friends. With my mainly documentary approach to the day mixed in with a few creative portraits, it was a perfect fit for me!

Brenley farm is a great venue, the lands surrounding the farm are a perfect backdrop for weddings. There is a licenced gazebo on the front lawn for weddings where up to 100 guests can be seated on haybales or chairs. This is idyllic, opposite the beautiful farmhouse and next to a duckpond. Within the grounds itself, which you have access to on the day are rolling orchards and a field with beautiful views over the venue. It’s here that you can really put your own stamp on the day and Ruth & Matt did just that!

The large field that is there next to the farmhouse is yours to use to create your own canvas on the day. Although Brenley farm have a list of their own suppliers, you are free to use whoever you want. The field is set up with hook ups for water and electricity for suppliers. Ruth & Matt hired in a beautiful tipi tent from My TipiEvent which was decorated beautifully. This really did set off the relaxed festival vibe they were looking for and made a great backdrop on the day.
