Colin came highly recommended to us as we planned our wedding, so it’s only right that we pass on the highest of recommendations to others! From initial contact to the big day Colin was friendly, easy to contact and responded quickly (for anyone planning a wedding you will know this is so so important!). His prices were competitive (undercharging for such a fabulous service, more like). We met beforehand to discuss different shots we wanted, and toured the venue so Colin could get a feel of how our day would go. On the day, Colin was such a wonderful addition to the group there, from getting ready to the first dance. He vibed with our videographer which resulted in the most gorgeous shots. He was present but not intrusive (the dream) and captured every shot we wanted and some we didn’t even know we wanted. The particular highlight was when it started to rain, Colin was not concerned but actually rather thrilled! He captured the most beautiful umbrella shots which have actually become our favourite. If you’re looking for a through and through professional who is friendly, fun and creative - look no further than Colin. You would not be disappointed. We have had endless compliments on our beautiful photos.

Hey there, folks! Today, we’re chatting about a sweet October wedding that went down at the charming Winters Barns venue in Canterbury. Think autumn vibes, good company, and lots of laughs – that’s the scene we’re setting.

The day kicked off with the bridal and groom prep, food and drink in abundance! Right from the start everyone was relaxed, upbeat and excited about the day ahead. This made for some great getting ready pictures!

The ceremony was outdoors, on a thankfully mild but cloudy October day. It was simple and sweet, with the couple exchanging vows under a beautiful backdrop surrounded by family and friends.

This venue is blessed with beautiful grounds and a stunning barn interior. It has a perfect mix of old and modern and provides a lovely backdrop for beautiful photo’s.

As evening rolled in, so did a bit of rain. Did it ruin the vibe? Nah, it added to it! And let’s talk about those rainy photos – talk about making the best of a situation! With umbrellas in hand, the couple braved the rain for some creative shots that turned out absolutely stunning.

As the night came to a close, it was time for some dance floor fun and a beautiful rehearsed and choreographed first dance!
